A $200 USD deposit is due upon registration
Remaining balance will be collected 30 days prior to seminar

You may also opt to pay in full at the time of your registration

Early Registration prices before July 13, 2012:
    Doctors/Practicing Health Care Professionals: $1,300   Students: $1,000

Registration prices after July 13, 2012:
    Doctors/Practicing Health Care Professionals: $1,500   Students:  $1,200

Relicensure credits: $50.00 per state
Requests for relicensure must be submitted to us a minimum of 90 days prior to the seminar date. Requests made after May 14, 2012 may not be not guaranteed CE credits.
