The "Focal Point Recording" manual is in a PDF format which can be downloaded onto the Practitioner's iPad, Tablet or Computer. It is a complete manual on recording cranial procedures. It allows the practitioner to record each cranial application in either a very comprehensive or abbreviated fashion. If used for comprehensive recording, the practitioner can record everything from the subject's head position to their body posture during the application. It also allows them to record their position and the position of an assistant (should they use one) during the time of their manipulation's implementation. It records the practitioner's and assistant's hand positions relative to the cranial application and even allows the practitioner to record direction, amount of pressure and even digital (phalangeal) involvement within their hand manipulations.

It was designed to be a universal recording method that would cross the barriers between health care providers and all the various forms of cranial techniques. In other words, it doesn't matter what form of cranial protocol the practitioner uses, everyone should be able to interpret the Focal Point Protocol and therefore, understand what was applied. It gives the practitioner an ability to recall any past protocol with as much detail as they wish to remember and is excellent when applied to recall for litigation challenges or research purposes. The Recording Template is simply printed on the practitioner's record sheet, or downloaded into a painting program on their iPad, Tablet, or Computer.
